One of the oldest liqueurs produced by the Pollio family, made from the husks of green walnuts grown in the lemon grove. Traditionally, the walnuts are harvested on St. John's Day, June 24, and the husks are steeped the same day. It is a liqueur that improves with aging; characteristic is its bitter taste, typical of unripe walnuts.
